Deane’ is originally from Saginaw, MI. She began in the business in 2017 after quitting her previous blue-collar work. After proving her merits as a leader for a while, she was given the opportunity to open her firm in Springfield. For herself, she wants to build an empire and create a future she never thought possible. As a CEO, she hopes to build Upper Echelon into a place of opportunity for those around her. After obtaining her MBA in International Business, she knew that her next step was to achieve her lifelong goal-become a CEO. Danda began her marketing career within the company and decided that the best way to achieve that goal was to move with the company and learn alongside Deane’ what it takes to build in a new city from the ground up. She hopes to continue to build her skills and own multiple businesses around the world.

Madi joined our team because she’s always had dreams of being an entrepreneur. In fact, as a child, she created a thriving business at school and donated her profits to St. Jude’s. It was this entrepreneurship that led her to Upper Echelon. Calling it “meant to be”, Madi uses her past and future self to motivate her. Her advice? "Anyone joining this big family of entrepreneurs, always remember you are the only creator of what lies ahead in your life. You can do what you've always done and remain comfortable or you can take your life by its reigns and ride out proving to everyone that you could because you believed you could. You owe yourself that".
